The Header Photos

I’m going to try rotating header photos from all the places where we support Military 4-H club programming.

Photos from programs submitted around the Pacific: Kwajalein, Yokosuka, Schofield School Age, Special Science Day at UH Manoa

Un-offical bird of Kauai! Kauai is home to the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands and one of our awesome multi-project clubs at the school age center. Where ever you go on Kauai you will see roosters and chickens of all shapes and sizes.

Panoramic, Oahu:

Taken on October 10, 2011 shows from the left side, Kaneohe Marine Corps Base across Kailua Bay almost all the way to Waimanalo on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. You get this view from climbing the “Pill Box” hike above Kailua, a series of old cement boxes that were once used as military look-out points. The picture was taken in a series of individual shots then “stitched” together to make the panoramic.
